26 Danes, including the parents to a soldier killed in Iraq, accuse the Danish Prime Minister Anders Fogh Rasmussen of violating the Danish constitution by sending Denmark at war in Iraq, without a mandate from UN, and on false grounds.
It is not certain, however, that this will actually be tried at the court. A court called "Ă˜stre Landsret" first have to decide, whether the 26 persons have a "legal interest" in this.
My (Danish) source is: Politiken.dk
This source doesn't mention it, but as far as I remember from other sources, it has been argued, that at least the parents to the dead soldier have a legal interest in it...
(note: I am not a lawyer, so some details in my translation might not be 100 pct. correct)
